This Guampa (Pronounced Huampa) is carved in the shape of a traditional Guampa in beautiful Palo Santo wood as opposed to the traditional hollowed out bulls horn. Beautifully hand carved by Paraguayan Guarani Indians in the form of a traditional Guarani Totem head. Palo Santo is a unique extremely hard wood grown in the Chaco region of Paraguay. Known for its pleasant aromatic scent, Palo Santo is used for its durability as well as its superior thermal qualities.
