Nice and mild
Compared to other Paraguayan brands like La Mejor and La Rubia, the Pajarito brand tastes a bit bland. It's still smooth and with no bitterness, but it's lacking a bit of the leathery, tobacco-like notes of the aforementioned brands. However, if you are someone who doesn't like smoked Yerba, I'd say that this, even though it is wood dried, has a super mild smoky note, you almost don't even taste it.
