Playadito Yerba Mate 1 kg (2.2 lbs)

I have been making this tea up and adding honey to it and refrigerating for work. It really gives me a nice lift in the afternoon and quenches my thirst during work.

I first discovered this tea as a sample and have decided that its my favorite tea. It brews well through a tea strianer that I let sit over my tea cup for about 5 minutes. With a little honey its amazing that my morning is empty without it. I drink two large cups that perks my energy and great for digestion. :)

This is easily becoming my favorite Yerba. I was a big Rosamonte Especial guy but this is so much more versatile. It makes a fantastic terere so i can use the same gourd all day at work. It is mild and sweet and still gives you what you need. It's probably my favorite Yerba now.

I tend to really like bold & strong yerbas, but Playadito is quite mild. The flavor is really great, so I really like it, despite it being much different than what I usually prefer. It's really awesome for tereré, too. Perhaps better!

This was always my go-to yerba in Argentina!
