I'm new to mate and have tried several - made hot using a tea infuser or French press. They've all been good in different ways, but this is my favorite so far. It has more body than most, is not smoky or bitter, but has a complex flavor with an interesting grassy note. For comparison, the mildest I've tried is Guayaki San Mateo; the strongest is Selecta, but it's also fairly smoky. I find Rosamonte Suave is a little milder than Selecta, but manages to be just as flavorful.
