Simonaggio Slim Bombilla XL 10 in (25 cm)

Great bombilla when using 16 oz travel mugs because the straw is slim enough to fit through the sipping slots.

This is an excellent very long straw for drinking mate.It works great in large gourds, terere horns/cups, it does not clog, is well made, does not rust, is inexpensive, easy to clean, and designed well.

I love having a long bombilla. It helps it fit into the variety of glasses and travel jugs that I drink my yerba from. At 10" long this bombilla fits the bill.

Being nickel-plated bronze, it has a strong build and feels solid in the hand, but if you use it in a stainless steel tumbler/thermos, you'll probably inadvertently bump and scrape the filter-head against the sides of the tumbler which can actually cause the nickel plating to scratch which leads to some tarnishing after awhile. Attached is a picture of the one I bought last year (on the right), and the the one I got a few weeks ago (the one on the left), even when I made a conscious effort to clean and dry off the bombilla after each use, the nickel still wore off pretty quickly. Beyond the aesthetic annoyance, it's still a decent product.

Where have this been all my life? Makes drinking mate on the go so easy now that I can use this with my existing cups! Fits perfect in a yeti !
